Whether you have had a browse in our Curated section and still can’t find something you feel would be suitable, or whether you are pushed for time to make a purchase and get it sent – our product offering has been carefully selected to provide a really broad range of options for you to choose from.
There is something in this shop for every little person and their interests, and we are at your service to help you select something really special from our range.
The process starts with a few online questions using the Contact us page and selecting the “Personal shopping (helping you choose)” option. Fill out the range of fields, telling us if you are purchasing a gift or for another occasion, the age of the child you are buying for, what their interests are, or anything else that might be of relevance to your purchase.
You will be asked if you prefer to receive a follow-up email or a phonecall, to discuss your query in more detail. We will contact you on the next business day to discuss your enquiry and help you decide on the perfect gift.
And if we don’t have something in stock and you have time to spare, we can order it in for you to make it extra-special and worth the wait, too!
