Every effort has been made to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the goods you receive from us. We take great care to present every product as realistically as possible on our website. However, many new items are produced individually, and pre-loved items by their very nature may come with tiny nicks or imperfections. It is possible therefore that some variations in shape, colour or size may occur.
Please check your delivery immediately as it arrives, as any breakages, omissions or other dissatisfaction with your items must be notified on receipt of your parcel.
For new items: We are happy to refund/exchange any new products returned to us within 28 days of purchase, upon production of your receipt/delivery note. Such items must be returned in a completely unused condition and in their original packaging.
For pre-loved items: We will deal with returns of pre-loved items on a case-by-case basis, depending on the reasons for your dissatisfaction with the product. Please send us a message via the Contact Us page within 48 hours of receiving your item(s), detailing the item you’d like to return, your reason for return and the date it was purchased. On discussion with you we may issue a full or partial refund and arrange for collection if applicable.
We will accept cancellations on our stock lines at any time prior to dispatch.
All refunds will be given in accordance with the method of payment, and will be less the original shipping charge. Please note that we do not pay for the cost of return under this guarantee.
Where returns are made on goods advertised as special offers, sale goods or promotional products, reductions made on goods under these offers cannot be applied to past or future orders.
Damaged Goods
In the case of items damaged in transit, immediate contact should be made to notify us of the damage, including photographs of outer packaging and/or the goods themselves. We will arrange for a postage label to be sent to you for you to return the goods back to us. Once we have received them, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
Claims for damages cannot be entertained without photographic evidence.
