For all orders under €100 there is a a standard delivery charge of €6.
Delivery is free for any orders above €100.

The vast majority of orders will get delivered 2-3 days after you place your order. We commit to all parcels being delivered within 3-5 working days from placing your order.
Where this is not possible, we will notify you and give you an expected delivery date.
All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. A business address is a good idea if your home address is unoccupied during the day, to ensure parcels can be delivered and signed for without a delay in delivery.

If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than where we are at fault), we will notify you and store the products at your risk.

You must inform us immediately of any discrepancies or issues with the delivery your items. You will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered and found to be in conformity with the contract. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorise us to charge your credit card/ debit card for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you, less any reasonable delivery charges that have been incurred.

Although extremely rare, we may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately, but will always make contact and notify you in advance of doing so. This may happen due to drop-shipping arrangements with some of our suppliers, who will ship from their warehouses directly, while the rest of your order will be fulfilled from our storage facilities.

We do not yet ship outside of the island of Ireland.

Any pre-loved toys, games or puzzles need to meet the following criteria to be suitable for re-sale:

  • in excellent condition - brand new, nearly new, or like new.
  • no noticeable dirt, discolouration, missing components or pieces, cracks, creases or large nicks, or other signs of excessive “love” and wear-and-tear.
  • any repairs done need to be almost invisible and not affect play in any way
  • completely free from pet-hair
  • from smoke-free homes

Firstly, thank you for contributing to the circular economy, by wanting to sell back to Treasured Toys!

Please Contact us and select “Pre-loved query (selling to Treasured Toys)” – you will be prompted to enter a message and what way you wish to be contacted. We will make further contact with you to determine if your pre-loved item meets the criteria for buy-back or re-sale through our online pre-loved shop. This will include several photos of the item/s from different angles and possibly a video call to examine the item/s in 3D.

If the items are in acceptable condition and you are happy with the price Treasured Toys has offered you for your item, collection will be arranged where possible, with full payment made on collection via Revolut. You will be asked to sign an invoice as proof of sale to Treasured Toys.

If the item is outside the radius for collection, a €6 An Post label will be sent out to you on trust to post the item to us. Extra padding for packaging can be sent where required, for more fragile items. When the items have been successfully delivered to us and they are in an acceptable condition, we will pay for the item via Revolut to complete the transaction.

If it is evident that the items are not as they were presented to us when they arrive by post, and are not in acceptable re-sellable condition, then they will be posted back to you at our expense. If the items are damaged in transit, we will contact you directly to agree the next steps.

Pre-loved items are usually out of their original packaging, or it can be quite tatty or worn out from doing its job of protecting the items inside it! But who wants things shrink-wrapped in plastic anyway, if we can avoid it?

All pre-loved purchases will be packaged with recyclable / reusable branded packaging, to allow for the enjoyment and the experience of gifting, receiving and unboxing the item – it just won’t necessarily be the item’s “original” box.

But I’ll wager the child receiving the item won’t spend as much time appreciating the box as the adults will - the kids will be straight into the contents!
