All pricing is in Euro (€) currency and is inclusive of 23% VAT.
Online payments are via Stripe, which facilitates Visa and Mastercard payments, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared in full.
If you require an invoice and/or receipt (other than your payment confirmation e-mail or delivery note), please contact us.
Orders
Orders are usually packed and fulfilled the next working day after they are received.
Your order will get dispatched with An Post Parcel Delivery the next working day. We make every effort to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of the order being received.
In the case of items on back-order, as soon as we receive delivery from our suppliers, any products that you have purchased on back-order will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery
The vast majority of orders will get delivered 2-3 days after you place your order, if the items are in stock. We commit to all parcels being delivered within 3-5 working days from placing your order.
